Description
The Extech EN510 environmental meter measures air velocity, air flow, air temperature, type K temperature, heat index, humidity, wet bulb, dew point, windchill, and light levels. It features a replaceable mini vane wheel with a low friction ball bearing and a capacitive humidity sensor for high accuracy.
Light levels are measured in foot-candle or lux units using a precision photo diode with cosine and color correction filter. The Type K input accepts standard type K thermocouple probes to measure surface temperature up to 2372°F. The EN510 also includes data hold, min/max function, and auto power off with disable.
The EN510 has a wet bulb range of 22.2 to 120°F with 0.1° max resolution. Dew point range is -13.5 to 120.0°F with 0.1° max resolution. Windchill range is 15 to 112°F with 0.1° max resolution and ±3.6°F accuracy. Heat index range is 32 to 212°F with 0.1° max resolution. Light range is 0 to 1860Fc (0 to 20,000Lux) with 0.1Fc (1 Lux) max resolution and ±5% accuracy.
